The Women's Wellbeing & Equity Summit
The Women’s Wellbeing & Equity Summit is a one-day convening dedicated to advancing the health, wellbeing, and empowerment of Black women and girls.
Hosted by 2nd Shift Playbook, a growing platform and community dedicated to supporting women navigating the intersection of work, caregiving, leadership, and personal wellbeing, this conference will bring together 150–200 women, including clinicians, healthcare leaders, advocates, students, and community partners for an immersive day of education, healing, and connection. The conference will be held on October 17 at the Bennett Global Center in Greensboro, NC.
Our program will feature nationally respected voices, including NYT best-selling author Dr. Uché Blackstock as the keynote speaker. Breakout sessions will address maternal and public health, menopause, mental health and body image for Black girls, financial wellbeing and generational wealth, emerging science on GLP-1 medications, spiritual wellness, and personalized speed coaching.
