2nd Shift Playbook Returns & Refunds Policy
At 2nd Shift Playbook, we stand behind the quality of our products and resources. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Physical Products (Books, Planners, Merchandise)
Returns
We accept returns of unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at [info@2ndshiftplaybook.com] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error in your order.
Digital Products (Courses, Toolkits, Downloads)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the content has been accessed or downloaded.

Workshops & Coaching Services
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled session to receive a full refund or to reschedule. No-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session may be non-refundable.
